(Work actually done 7/1/2021) Do these strut rod bushings look ok? Nope, time for new ones.
This would seem to be an easy job to just swap out the bushings, but no, that would be an incorrect assumption. The lower ball joint mounts have to come loose from the wheel spindle castings, then the torsion bar tension gets relieved, then the torsion bar/lower control arm front anchors unbolt from the frame, then the whole mess (lower control arms/strut rods/torsion bars) slide rearward so the strut rods can clear the frame. Then the bushings can be replaced.
After getting everything back together, I did a rudimentary alignment using a fixture I purchased online.
